Gen-Probe values its relationships with professional recruiters and temporary agencies. As a result, we prefer to enter into long-term relationships wherever possible.
Temporary Agencies
We currently do business with two primary temporary agencies — one for scientific and technical positions and one for most others. These agencies receive the first opportunity to fill our temporary positions. When they have difficulty filling certain specialty positions, we then contact other agencies for assistance. We are not currently considering other agencies to act as a primary agency.
Recruiters
Gen-Probe has an internal recruiting staff that successfully fills most positions. On occasion, we seek assistance from professional recruiters and we have established relationships with many. If you are interested in entering into an agreement with Gen-Probe, you must:
- Obtain an agreement from Gen-Probe. If you are interested in recruiting in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Gen-Probe agreement, obtain required signatures and return the agreement to Gen-Probe.
- Gen-Probe does not accept resumes from recruiters with which it does not have a signed agreement.
- Recruiters interested in establishing a relationship with Gen-Probe may submit information to jobs@gen-probe.com.
